The Psychiatric Assessment

On June 19, 2017, psychiatrist Mark Rubens of Dartmouth sat down with Dr. Robert Stalker for a two-hour interview. The College of Physicians & Surgeons received the 21-page report on July 24.
According to Dr. Rubens, Dr. Stalker spoke in a coherent manner, although he did allegedly ramble on a bit. (Just like this piece! — ed.)
