Public Service Commission spring cleaning

Some toilers in the Public Service Commission are going to have to compete with each other to keep their jobs once spring rolls in. 

My organ received word that during a January departmental meeting some lower-level silly servants, mainly training officers, would become victims contestants during the “reorganizing” the PSC would soon be undertaking.
