Stephen's legal saga

Halifax writer Stephen Patrick Clare was back in Halifax Provincial Court on August 15, where he is facing four charges of failing to comply with an undertaking, four charges of obstructing, perverting or defeating the course of justice, and one charge of criminal harassment.

No charges, but it’s back to jail for Todd
