Gary's day in court put off

Local thespian Gary Levert has had his court appearance put back to May 22.
Gary, who is accused of assaulting Marilyn MacAvoy and holding her in their Fairbanks Street, Dartmouth apartment against her will (Frank 790), was admitted to the Ledgehill Treatment and Recovery Centre in Lawrencetown back in March and was supposed to be making a plea on April 18.
