That’s the message that came out of the report presented to the Board of Police Commissioners by the Boys (and Girls! —ed.) in Blue.
When drugs go missing, it’s always suspect. Out of 2,628 misplaced or missing drug exhibits, only 140 have been found (where were they? — ed.).
